I came across Deskspace this morning again. It’s a great tool if you’ve lost control of your desktop and need more room for icons.

There’s nothing better than seeing a demo of Deskspace to see how it works but if you don’t want to take a look at the online Deskspace demo, just imagine a cube with a different desktop on each side that you can rotate in 3D. Put all your work icons on one side of the cube, all your private icons on another, all your partner’s icons on a 3rd side etc.

Then rotate the cube to which ever set of desktop icons you want.

Or put all pdf files on one face of the cube, all blog links on another and so on.
